Hello! I wanted to make a thread showing how it was possible to create custom textures using the PPSSPP emulator.

I made a video about it and it's pretty long because I suck at pacing myself. This was the tutorial I used as a reference.

I mainly decided to do this to clear up the confusion. I'm sorry once again. I didn't mean any harm and in the future, I'll use the default graphics within the game when submitting runs.
