For SNES we prefer SNES9X 1.56 or higher or BSNES. For the arcade version, either MAME, FBNeo or FBAlpha, whatever suits you better, as long as u are not using a TAS.

That's completely true. In fact during me and Ritah run we managed to do it on some bosses as well. However, the throw loop used on single player runs is faster.
So far none of the runners of the game had issues with it. However, since the game is still having a lot of updates and DLCs released, we expect the load times to change. Aside that, SNK will also probably do some balance changes. My guess is that there may be console differences on load times (especially PS4 and Series S) so one option would be separating the LB by different load time consoles.
Another option would be calculating IGT through game timer, so round time would be 60 - timer when each round finishes. This solution is not perfect but should lessen the differences.
We also don't have an auto-splitter so auto-removing the load times seems not viable as of now.

They are allowed. As soon as you submit a run for it, I will create a category. The general difficulty/emulators rules will be the same as the Team Play.
@jackzfilm I did. He has been submitting the same run over and over again. It was first rejected 4 months ago on 2021-09-18, then again on 2021-09-19 twice, then on 2021-09-23, then 2021-12-30 and now 2022-01-05. On all of them I gave detailed explanation why it was rejected and he basically ignored all of them and re-submitted the same run over and over (which I began simply rejecting with the reason "spam")
You have not followed the game rules. Please, either record the full MAME emulator window or call MAME menu (Tab button) to show u are using the correct emulator (as you did on ur recent Aero Fighters run).
I usually find them using the "newly added" filter. However, browsing through the older ones usually takes a while and is a very slow process indeed.
