Washington, USAGood Morning Kindergarteners!
Recently there has been a burst of submissions by foreign runners in the community, now this is great because all new members of the community are welcome! But sadly the version of kindergarten they are using to run is a community translated version. At first glance, these version of the game are great because they allow more people to enjoy the game. However, in terms of speedrunning, using these games causes some issues. The version of the game that is being used is inherently faster than the official versions. As an example you can see my wr cindy run: Verses one of the newly submitted runs: As you can see the textbox appears faster in the translated version. Now if this was an official release of the game, then there would be no problems with the time gain. But since the version used was community made, it cannot be allowed on the leader boards. From here on out, the only versions of the game that are allowed will be the current version of the official english, and spanish languages. Sorry if this causes inconvenience to any runners, we would still love to have you in the community, and any runs submitted in the correct versions will be reviewed and excepted.
