I was so close to WR with my last PB that I had to keep trying. Bad start and bad Demolition derby, but everything else was fine and I avoided some boss fight deaths, unlike last time.
Comments on my Route:
I greeded for Opals at the start to afford a water stone. This can 2-shot Pyroquin and ice stall some Electroquin in Brown Kiwi Down. I'm not entirely sure if it is worth it though.
I screwed up, but you can use ice to protect yourself from the final two Electroquin while standing on the final button in Brown Kiwi Down.
The only reason I glitched the Hexaquin to stall Phase 2 is that I'm scared about getting hit in the charge section of Phase 3 and losing time. This strat minimizes the possibility, but doesn't save time from what I've tested.
I was trying to drop to low HP for a death warp in Dead Dingo Marsh, but I accidentally took an extra hit at 29:44 to a long-lasting hitbox. Luckily, the boss had already been defeated.
And pretend that I didn't switch up Redback Stash and Power Struggle.
(Also, why did the game give me 6 shields in a row in the Gauntlet? If only that were 6 warps.)
