So ive been trying this for a while with different methods. And there is only 1 video on it. Which doesnt really explain what to do. So can someone gift me there knowledge.

To put it in simple terms, you need to be going through the bars as you are hit by an enemy. This forces the game to take you out of Paper Mode while you are still in the bars. When you leave the battle, you can then bypass the conveyor belt by simply walking past it through the wall. It is also recommended to go back into Paper Mode during this, as it helps to prevent you from accidentally going out of the wall.
