Without video there's no way to prove if runs are legitimate or not, which is why it's required. If you're unable to record runs, don't let that stop you from learning! You don't necessarily need a capture card for acceptable video, setting up a phone or webcam is perfectly fine.

Video is required. This is a hard stance the community is not going to change. Simi's post has some excellent pointers and advice, which I will recommend reviewing. :)
