In-game timing is displayed after defeating the final boss, but only when running under Story Mode with a profile. Your system needs to be set up with Japanese inputs to create a profile -- AppLocale or similar options don't seem to work. A downloadable profile is available on the sidebar.

If you want your IGT displayed, simply include it as part of the VOD. If the leaderboard becomes more populated and loading times system-to-system become an issue, it may be used in the future.
