Central Hospital Guide Version 2.0 (Includes strats for Bad Ends 3 & 4 and Good End)

Once you enter the hospital go into the room behind the desk

Interact with the panel on the right hand wall
(Do the 4 corners then the middle)

Exit the room and head upstairs 
(You do not need the wire so don't pick it up) 

Head up and to the room with the blood in front of it

Check the last bed then head up to the 3rd floor

From here head down and go down that hallway and enter the first door on the left

Inspect the big cat and take the bloody key (Good End Only) 
(Can't skip if you do then your Good End run is dead however is unnecessary for bad end 3 & 4)

Head to the 4th floor to the elevator in the top left corner

Grab the AED from the elevator then go and inspect it 

Head down to the 3rd floor and go to the meeting room (Go Down and walk through the hallway its the only door at the top)

Once you finish talking to fluffy go back to the 1st floor and go to the bottom door

Walk down the hallway and go to the room on the right, then interact with the book

Go to the plant on the table and interact with it 

Leave the room and go the one next to it and grab the key on the table 

Now head back into the lobby and go to the room behind the desk and interact with the box 

Leave the office and go up to the 2nd floor, then enter the cafeteria
(Note: You don't need to get the wire from the can so don't worry about it) 

Interact with the coffee cup 

Go to the 4th floor and enter in the counseling room (Go down, top room)

Go to the cabinet at the top left corner of the room

Head back to the other hallway on the 1st floor and go up to the 3rd floor and interact with the phone

Then go to the middle room on that floor and interact with the brown shelf

Go to the 4th floor to the last room in the hallway and interact with the left poster on the wall 

Go down the hallway on the bottom right side and enter the last door on the left and tear off the papers on the left side of the board

Head to the 2nd Floor into the same hallway and enter the middle room and look under the bed

Go back to the 3rd Floor and check the trashcan then head to the door at the end of the hallway
(Code: 716 (In the 2.0 Version you have to look in these areas which might not save as much time))

Go up to the top floor and interact with the door then go all the way to the basement and enter the first door on the right hand side

Read the book then head to the back of the room and interact with the first shelf on the left

Then head back to the roof door and go into your inventory to use the HBr Bottle

Climb up the ladder just below you and get the piece 

Head down to the 2nd floor and go to through the 1st door on the right hand side 

Go up to the 3rd Floor into the second room on the bottom and interact with the middle portion of the sink

After the cutscene head 2nd bathroom to look at the debris then to the first floor and grab the hammer on the table in the first room on the right

Head back to the 3rd floor into the 2nd bathroom and interact with the wall with debris infront of it and interact with the stall door

Go to the third floor and head into the middle room on the right

Once the cutscene is finished head to the 4th floor and head right

Once the cutscene finishes run to the fire extinguisher on the left

Head down to the 1st floor when you regain control and go to the 2nd room on the right side

Go to the basket on the table and interact with it 
(Piece order: FAMILY)

Open the safe 

Leave the room 

Once the cutscene ends go to the roof to enter CM Fight
(Since you didn't have the cutscene with fluffy earlier you'll see two fluffys and have 2 cutscenes back to back)

Pause strat works for this fight as well just pause go to the save option 
(Note: It does take 10 bullets to kill CM) 

Once you regain control head towards the entrance 

Go back into the other hallway and head to the basement, enter the last room at the end of the hall

Paul Part of the Run:

Head into the hospital and go up to the 4th floor after talking to Sissy head down to the other hallway

After talking to D head up to the 3rd floor

After talking to Evil Fluffy head to the roof 


Persuade: Bad End 3
Take Gun: Bad End 4
Punch: Good End

the strategy works but the problem is that after entering the game in the folder Crooked Man and Fluffy walk randomly and when pressing F12 or killing David or shooting down Fluffy Crooked Man and Fluffy walk the same as in the previous fight

additional notes:
- an optimal fight should take about 6-9 seconds, swing speed varies regardless of mash speed
- horizontal weapon range is just one tile in front of David, while vertical weapon range is two tiles in front of David
- this fight can't be performed in version 1.0; the mechanics are drastically different, and the strats used in this guide will not work efficiently (this guide was done in version 4.0)

Grab Infirmary key from Right classroom

go to the very left side door 

Grab Parlor key from the cabinets in infirmary

Grab 2 tools out the bag (Crowbar & Screwdriver)

Got to the Parlor room (Last door on the left side of 2F hall)

Go to 3F first classroom on the right (Code 2515) 

Go down to 2F and after the cutscene got to the door in the middle of the hallway

Use the screwdriver to look nehind the portrait Code: 1647)

Go back to 3F and grab John Keith's key off the table then grab the security box

Go down to the first floor and go down the Lecture Hallway

Enter the classroom on the right as soon as you walk in

After the cutscene read the sparkling note on the wall (Code:0619)

Go back through the door you entered the hallway in and go back to the 3F

Go into the room in the middle part of the hallway

Go back into the lecture hallway this time you will enter the left door 

Read the blue note on the chalkboard and Grab note in the room on the ground

Go back to where you came from but go left to the infirmary in the very back

then go back to the reference room (middle room 2F and go to the 2nd from the right bookshelf and 
intereact with it

go back to the 3F and go to the room on the right end 

then head down to the 2F again and go to the first room in the left side of the 2F

go to the trash can (Code: 144246)

after the cutscene go to the 3F left side first room as you walk in 

after reading the diary on the desk go down to the basement through the left door 

Pick up the iron pipe and move the middle shelf use the Iron Pipe 3 times then use the crowbar on the 
elevator 

after the cutscene go to the lecture hall 2F and go to the furthest room from the steps


DONT FORGET THE ENDING YOU WANT IS THE BOTTOM OPTION NOT THE TOP (Unless Running Good End)

You CAN use the same method from the Hotel Crooked Man fight here however it is more difficult to do
