Does a top out end a run, or could a run be submitted with a top out and still count?

Also I suppose whether they do or don't disqualify a run, the rules might wanna be updated to reflect that.

I ask because I was running expert the other day and topping out like crazy (lol), but the end time I would have had despite that probably would have still been not miserable.

topping out is fine by me, i dont think it should be banned unless its stated in the rules

Top Outs are okay, it just loses you time (if you talk about journey mode runs) it just loses you quite some time (around 30ish second + the time you already had spent on the level + the time you need to rebuild your stack) because it gets timed in RTA
