Are assists allowed?
As you can read from the title of the this thread; are assists allowed, because I wanna try speedrunning soon, but isn't it allowed like basic combo with 1 Star? It is not written in the Game Rules (cuz there's nothing written).
As far as I know they’ve never been disallowed and I believe I’ve seen previous runs that used them.
