One Loop 7 Tracks Glitched TAS

Found out that every 18 frames the lap counter will increase with the patterns of: S_S -> 18 frames S_S (S = Start)
if there happens to be improvements feel free to either suggest or improve this.
Also, this is the first time I've touched this game.
