Note 1: With Team Rose, to get through the Triangle Jump paths, you can Rocket Accel and then use Amy's Propeller Hammer to fly through. I would say it saves some time to do.

Note 1: This level could be an early game run killer, as there are NO checkpoints in the first half of the level. The first checkpoint isn't until after the first elevator.
Note 2: Checkpoints after the second elevator don't work properly, meaning that dying after the second elevator puts you back before it.

Note 1: With Team Rose, hold forward at the beginning. Since Amy has slower acceleration and a lower top speed, she needs the forward input.
Note 2: To get past the Light Dash Rings in the beginning of the level, you can use Cream/Charmy to fly onto the other building, like in Casino Park.
Note 3: At the poles, don't touch ANYTHING after latching onto them until you land.

Mystic Mansion - An edited version of Team Rose's MM.
Note 1: You can actually go the Team Sonic/Dark way (the triangle jump room), or you can go the Team Chaotix (the web grinding room) route. Going the Chaotix route is quite a bit faster
Note 2: In the former, you can use Amy's hammer to glide over to the other side with Team Rose.

Egg Fleet - Based on Team Sonic's EF.
Note 1: An easy way to get past the Rocket Accel conveyor belts with Team Rose is the use Team Blast to get invincibility and the jump attack under the lasers with Amy.
Note 2: You can use Amy's hammer to get past the Light Speed ring gap in the second half of the level. You have to have a running start though. With both teams, you can have a running start with Cream/Charmy and fly over.

Final Fortress - Based on Super Hard Mode's FF.
Note 1: To get past the first wall jump area with Team Rose, it's best to use the full extent of Amy's propeller hammer, along with a running start. See the video.
Note 2: For the second wall jump area with Team Rose, it's better to have invincibility here via Team Blast, so the robot's beam won't hurt Amy while she's flying over.
