It's ALMOST EXACTLY half of time from RTA World Record
To be honest I don't know how walljumps on same platform works, so maybe I must gow somehere else to activate it again. Nice idea, I didn't tested it, but I think this this route is more intresting anyway.
If only I could hit walljumps like these in 8-4 :c
@marc02 he means doing it withou save states, just come back to same platform and do walljump again, it is possible.
I have made a tas that is a 13.00 10 walljumps. Buuut idk if it’s possible rta
I have a 10 WJ TAS that is no where near RTA viable that is I think around 10 seconds TAS timing and under 8 RTA timing. I can upload and link it here tomorrow. Hopefully ill remember too
There was a human theory tas somewhere, I was practicing strats based on it. I'd say for RTA, the best possible route would be a head-on jump off all 4 pipes and nail 6 underground. I think it would be somewhere around 22 seconds? Idk
Wouldn't it save time to jump from here to here on the first underground wall jumps?
i think a human theory for 10 walljumps would have a fancy underground, although thats gonna be pushing what humans can do
@Nicky theoretically yes, but I've ever only pulled a double wj off across from the pipe like twice on accident. I've never tried this with the pellson rom but I have the best luck with hitting wj pixel on the higher part of the wall
