His account was banned for an unknown reason, I will be taking over some of his games, for now, but for now I will see if there's anything to help this situation.

he did yeah, but they weren't used for ban evasion, which if he did, his 2nd account would be banned.
Pretty much he lost both of those account and made the "TYS3" account, so I don't think it's wrong to make another account for losing your account.

no it's just that it's weird that speedrun.com won't let you have a new account after losing it.
this gives me a example if you accidentally commit tax evasion you go to jail then you break out of jail so continue living a normal life you still committed tax fraud and broke out of jail that's still a 3 - 10 year sentence

Made a new category for All Fish, the timing was incredibly off and wrong and the fact that All Fish is faster than Any% makes absolutely 0 sense so I changed the timing to normal.
