if forkphorus is allowed can I use turbowarp with the added things for using an emulator?

For Scratchnapped, no, but if Forkphourus is giving you trouble I could look into allowing it. For Scratchnapped Adventure, Turbowarp is allowed but Forkphorus isnt.

Turbowarp is overall a better platform than forkphorus. If the user changes something, it is displayed next to the green flag
