The game crashed during playing and in addition, I watched a few intros too.

I think more than 30 minutes can be saved but it is currently approx 1h 53m currently.

Lastly I did triple speed at the end of one battle but I am not sure what the rules are for that?

Mod note: retimed to 1:52:23. Timing starts when you gain control (paused screen shows up after intro), rather than the start of the intro cutscene. Triple speed is allowed.
