Basic Routes for levels 1-9 as of 31/05/2022

Level 1: As soon as you load into the level jump immediately. this means you don't waste time speeding upon either wall and you do the first 2 jumps a lot quicker. continue with the level as usual and make sure that you do not jump more than you absolutely have to in this level which is 4 jumps. do not jump again after the third jump just slide along the floor to reach the wall. try to jump as early as possible on the last jump
Level 2: Same as level 1, jump immediately and try to jump as early as possible. When doing the very last jump you should try to hit your head on the block above to maximize your downward velocity.
Level 3: literally just do it. the only thing to be said about this is that you want to jump from the walls as soon as possible, any time on the walls when you could jump is a time loss. And again, try to hit your head.
Level 4: Jump immediately again. try to jump as early as possible again. For the basic route just jump as early as you can.
Level 5: Yet again jump immediately. on the first wall you should only have to jump twice after the immeadiate jump at the start. 
Level 6: The first big skip of the run. jump over to the spring at the lowest possible point to minimize time lost by accelerating downwards.  after the spring it is possible to jump over the 3 spikes in the middle. the time window is pretty open just make sure here that you do not hit the roof as that sends you down into the spikes. either jump before you hit the roof or a bit after. there is a large window but I would recommend practicing it a bit.
Level 7: try to jump as early as possible, there is no real challenge in this level except all the time you spend on a wall is a time loss
Level 8: get the highest key first. after this fall down to the bottom key. get this key and spam jump until you reach the second key and make your way through the locked door
Level 9: 2 jumps. jump as late as possible and jump twice

I would recommend watching the run by Molehole, he is still undoubtably the best player at levels 1-9 after over 2 years of holding the world record. Watching this run will show you some of the things I talked about here and help you understand them better. Corner Boosting (Advanced Strategy)

Corner boosting is and advanced strategy which allows faster movement of off the edges of some blocks, in exchange for less height. Here is a video that explains it.
