Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. The strat here was to lure the enemy air force into range of my Hawkeyes while taking the upper factory, then sending my Pelican/Charlie to take their base. It was going well early on, but I made some unforced errors letting MY air force get in range of their Hawkeye, so I lost some units that slowed down my path to air superiority. There are likely some other time saves, too, especially in the end game. For example, if I delayed loading the Charlie into my Pelican by a turn, perhaps they would be lured far enough away from their base that they couldn't retreat to defend it in time. That cost me several turns.
