“Time” is real time if you didn’t travel to the nether or end and didn’t use any pauses they should both be the same

Time is the time recorded by your stopwatch (1s=1s)
In game time is if for some reason, the time is not synced between the game and your stopwatch, the time according to the game. e.g. how many ticks.
