No you can't. You can submit glitched runs to glitched runs leaderboard only and you can submit glitchless runs to the glitchless leaderboard only. You cannot submit a glitchless run to the glitched leaderboard and you cannot submit a glitched run to the glitchless leaderboard.

You can. Glitched ALLOWS glitches, even if you don't use any, I've seen it done before
