Hat: Dishwasher in the kitchen Letter: Desk in the Twin's Room Star: Observatory, same as normal Glove: Defeat all ghosts in the Courtyard Shoe: Defeat Slim Bankshot

So there is no real difference it makes route wise you just need to clear courtyard and check a couple different spots
