Rules for speedrunning.

1. TAS bots are banned.
2. Splicing your run are not allowed.
3. You need to upload a video of the map run from start to finish.
4. Don't use banned commands. www.speedrun.com/kf05/guide/7ldan
5. Follow the placed restrictions on the allowed commands.
6. Make sure that you start a demo recording for each map.
7. On the "Translocator (Banned)" category, don't spawn it in.
8. Don't start with armor. Try to avoid picking up armor.
9. Don't start with weapons on you that you shouldn't have yet (This can happen from the open map command).

It will no longer be a requirement to upload demos, but it is adviced to keep your demos in a folder inside your computer incase of cheating accusations. It will however be a requirement now to have audio in the video when a video is uploaded of the run.
