i'm gonna do a run of this game soon and in the rules say the time ends as soon as the last item is unlocked, does that mean i stop the time when i get the last 2 unshockables or when the cutscene plays to get the gold car ?

Thats a good question, up to this point we haven't had anyone submit for 100%. I would say when the cutscene plays to unlock the gold car seems reasonable. I will update the rules now to be more specific
