Can I use the scanner and weapon pickup on maps d3_citadel_01 and d3_citadel_02 respectively?

not sure about the weapon pickup, but the rules say that d3_citadel_02 skip is prohibited in this category, so i guess it assumes the scanner thing

I guess weapon pickup counts as a major glitch
