If you're on the Main Menu you can type this combination: R1, R2, R1, R2, Down, L2, L1, L2, L1, Up, Select.

It will give you access to all the Levels & some extra things to play around with. When you're inside a level if you use "D-Pad Right" you will have access to infinite jumps as well.
