Hello guys here’s a small guide for this run explaining the small GB rom mode. Grab the rom and the emulator in ressources

 First advice I can give is to split the end of the run way after you finished the game. As the times are getting pretty tight, it will permit to time exactly the run thanks to the video (at the frame where all ennemies disappear). 
NB : DUCKS ARE NOT COUNTED AS ENEMIES IN THIS GUIDE 

As long as there’s no glitch to teleport to the end of the level/game, so you have to do it all by yourself trying to optimise your jumps and avoiding the bullets. The run is quite simple but getting a run under 44.50 (sub 44.00 is reachable but not under 43.90 imo, waiting for a TAS Kappa) requires some resets to be familliar with the game and get the few tricks (with huge visual references). 
Here are the most usefull : -How to shoot the 2nf guy : shoot when you are just behind the arch (see this screenshot: http://imgur.com/zHPVyfy.jpg  ). If you time it properly (hard) the enemy won’t have the time to fire a bullet, or (easy) will shoot once and you won’t have any risks while jumping.

-"Jump kill" trick. This trick is the "hardest" of the run. you need to do a small jump when clive is in front of the window. When you touch the ground you need to press BOTH A & B in order to jump and kill the gunman. Alternative : getting down and simply shoot (see this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/AKhzC6x.jpg ).Really easy to do but slower. 

- 3rd enemy : just ignore him and directly go right and jump 
-kill the duck -ignore 4th enemy 

- The scrolling will stop. jump just before th screen changes and directly shoot (see directly P3Prod's run: http://www.speedrun.com/run/7yl5253z or my run: http://www.speedrun.com/run/pm3exvdy )

 -This room is tricky cause getting too fast in it will make you fail the 3rd kill. you need to reach this point at least (see this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/UY5SlgD.jpg ) 

-3rd room : Shoot until the jump. jump again shoot 2-3 times to kill the wolf 
-"Jump manipulation" trick : when you do your last jump you have to do the biggest jump possible and rush the door (avoiding the duck ofc) in order to not get shoot

- Game finish when you reach the middle of the saloon door.
