Hi all- I've put together a guide to the 100% route I used. It's based off BillBull's Good Ending route but with the extra points built in. Hoping this is helpful for future runners!

The guide is a spreadsheet and you should work from top to bottom. Items in yellow are part of both Good Ending and 100% runs, while the items in grey are exclusive to the 100% route. I've also added some notes to the side to help, including point benchmarks to make sure you've got the right amount of points at the right times.
