Not a soundtrack, but my favorite song from a game is "Where We Belong" from Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Undertale, Minecraft, and the Gen 5 Pokemon games have phenomenal soundtracks. Rhythm games also usually have good ones too, but I don't play many of those.

the rhythm heaven series as a whole is pretty great, i also like crypt of the necrodancer, mario kart 8, stardew valley, shovel knight, kirby air ride, rivals of aether, phoenix wright, vvvvvv, pokemon legends arceus, super mario world, ultimate chicken horse, find everything, etc etc i just love music

Well obviously the cod zombies soundtrack but the halo series and plants vs zombies soundtracks also go hard
