I've seen that Stanley Parable is a pretty easy game to speedrun and thought that this would be a good way to get into it. Could anyone tell me how I time my runs like do I need to download a timer and set it up or does the website time it for me?
Depends on the leaderboard rules, but if there's not an In-game time then it's very unusual that you need one for runs to be verified. But they're great anyway as I'm sure you've seen - LiveSplit is very popular and has OBS plugins that make it very customisable, it's a program you can download from the LiveSplit github website: https://livesplit.org/
Setting it up is also very easy, right click it and use the layout + split settings and program settings to adjust it. Because it's so popular there are also loads of tutorials available on YouTube for setting it up.

@rolando1233445, sí, puedes comenzar a grabar presionando Windows + Alt + R, o abrirlo con Windows + G. Y puedes grabar tus carreras con eso si lo deseas.
