This speedrun uses the default settings defined by the game from selecting "Play Alone" > "Easy Rules" or "Standard Rules" > "Tour".

Complete Starship Mario by finishing in 3rd place or better. Finishing places are based on net worth, except for landing on the bank space, leading to an automatic first place finish. Official finishing place will be based on the screen with the characters standing on the podium.

Timer starts when selecting "Yes" to "Play on this board?" after selecting Starship Mario.

Timer stops when "Winner" is displayed on the winning player.
