Enter the temple.

Go to the door by moving to the left side of the room. Go past the ant if it attacks you, open the door.
If you are far enough from the ant, exit combat, if not, move further down the hall and you should be able to start the next turn.
Move a couple of hexes away and exit combat.

Pick the door and exit the area.

Go past the trapped room and head to the left. If you can go past the ant on the ledge, use the urn and take explosives.
If the ant blocks your way, you have to pass your turn and wait for opportunity to walk past it.

After you take the explosives get out of ants' hostility area and set the explosives to 10 seconds.
Drop the explosives near the door, move away a few hexes and use first aid on yourself to make explosives blow up. Exit the area.

Move to the left and open the door, try to exit combat as soon as possible.
Talk to Cameron:

Open the door and exit. Skip the cutscene.

Exit the area to the south-east, speedclick.

Go south, through the bridge, speedclick. Before you exit you can make a safety savegame - it might be faster to load the game than to wait
for an encounter to end.

World Map

Move south and slightly to the east, about 30 degrees. You should end up close to the coastline near San Francisco.

San Francisco

Open the door to the building on the left and talk to the shopkeeper:

Check his inventory. Here is your shop list:
Power Armor
1x Psycho
7x Super Stimpack
4x Plastic Explosives

In order to finish the game you will need to kill 3 people with explosives and/or super stimpacks.
The usual way is to use 2 plastic explosives on the shopkeer and Ken Lee each (for safety you can plant 3 on Ken Lee). You can achieve the same 
amount of damage by using 3 dynamites, though it is harder to plant that many.
If you see explosives on the shopkeeper, you can buy them now and come back for rest of the stuff later. Steal money from the shopkeeper
and use it to buy one explosives at a time. Now get to SF entrance and make a save.
Exit SF - remember to speedclick - and move around until 4 days pass. Do not exit SF circle area or you may trigger an unskippable cutscene.
Enter SF again - push (1) to get to Chinatown area - and check shopkeeper's inventory. If you get everything you need, you may continue,
if not, load the save, exit and wait for 4 days. If everything checks out, you can make a safety savegame, because sometimes the game
may crash if you exit an area after you plant the bomb.
WARNING: Do not save the game after you dropped an armed bomb anywhere - save may be corrupted and you will have to reset.
Use two explosives - default 1:00 timing and plant them onto shopkeeper by using steal skill. Get out of SF area and enter once again (1).
Collect Power Armor from the first table, superstimpacks, explosives and psycho from the second. Do not wear Power Armor yet, because it will
slow down your movement. Go to the area to the right.

Get straight to Ken Lee (guy wearing white in the brick room). Make a safety save and plant 2 or 3 explosives - default 1:00 timing.
Get close to the exit and use first aid on yourself to make explosives blow up. You need to remain in the area until Ken Lee dies or it will not count the kill.
Once Ken Lee is dead, exit the area.

Instead of going straight to Hubologist area, exit SF - speedclick on the way - and re-enter. Now when you enter push (6) and it will take you
to Hubologists.

Use 1 Psycho to get your INT to 3 and talk to the guy in the robes to the left:

Get to the room with a well-dressed man and talk to him:

Exit the area, using speedclick where possible.

Exit to the south.

Get north-west to the docks.

Get inside the ship.

Go upstairs to the east.

Skip the cutscene. Enter the site.

Equip power armor and put stimpacks in your hand slot. Level up speech to about 140% and go downstairs.

Go downstairs to the south.

Now get to the room on the right, open doors on the north side and use the left locker. Get G.E.C.K. - take all.

Open the door to the south and go downstairs.

Get to the president and talk to him:

Use 7 super stimpacks and use pipboy to rest (Z) 4 hours - you need to get back to 6 INT. Pick up the card from president's dead body.
Exit area to the north.

Go south to the room with a scientist and a bodyguard. Talk to the scientist:

Exit to the north.

Make a safety save. Persuade the troops to fight Horrigan:

Manualy open the door. Get to the terminal and use it:

Fight will begin, skip your turns and wait for Horrigan to die. Exit the area - try to avoid going too close to Horrigan or you will start a dialogue, the best wat to do it is just to click on the doors. This way your character will go to the left side of the terminal.
