You can open a hidden door that saves a good chunk of time by going towards the yellow door. This saves time leaving after grabbing blue key and when you have to come back for yellow door. I had a 2:02 before discovering this strategy.

Many small stucks but fighting the hell knight was probably the biggest loss of time. He's usually easy to squeeze by the first time.
