My hud is being cut off in recordings and idk how to fix it, ive tried to play in windowed to see if it was my task bar being the issue but that only made it worse. Any help to fix it would be much apreciated

ok, I've found something that kind of works, if I lower my res and play in windowed it seems to work, if anyone knows a better solution that would still be helpful tho.

If you are using OBS, it sounds like you have the window too big or something. Use game capture, then pick capture specific application, then pick Doom or Doom II whichever you are playing.
