Honking The Horn

Hey everyone.  Pressing H to honk your horn when passengers are coming aboard speeds the passengers up.  This saves as much as a minute and a half.

Learn To Swim Green Light Cycles

Unfortuately, a red light cycle is around 17 seconds long, so waiting on the screen before the mission will be a while.  This will speed up your speedruns by around 15 - 18 seconds.  This is for the runners who can't perform 'Early Speed'.  Here are the cycles, there are 2 found so far.

-17.26 - Turns Green Within A Handful Of Frames Before Bus Enters Intersection.

-17.48 - Turns Green 0.2 Before Bus Enters Intersection.
