Around 30-40 seconds I believe. Maybe a little more, and it eliminates horse RNG
I would say closer to 15-20 seconds at most, its not hard to land on a horse and tame it, and there is usually a 3 or 4 star no matter what. The biggest issue with random horses is they have a chance to have a bad temperament, and then they wont listen, some REALLY dont listen, and they could cost you the run.
About 40 seconds to a minute on Switch since how hard it is to get amiibo to scan via that, while 20-30 seconds on Wii U.
While it might save 10-12 seconds overall, with the new route through castle town Epona makes the entrance to the castle much more consistent than trying without her.
Just a rough estimate with my own experience, I'd guess that I have a 60-70% chance of making it in without her and like a 99% chance with. Then again that doesn't take into account the fact that I only just started using an NFC chip for her.
Overall, what is everyone's opinions of using Amiibo in runs? I don't really mind it personally, but I have heard people saying it should be it's own category. But if it is only saving 10-12 seconds then I think it's okay to keep the categories combined.
