Any% level route/notes

These notes are a partially modified version of Rife's notes for his 1:51, hosted on my website in the form of a webpage and an XML file for use with [this LiveSplit component](https://github.com/Phantom5800/Speed-Guides-Live). Since I'm running the game currently, I hope to also fix some of the issues with it (probably my fault in the first place), so the page may see updates in the near future.
