レギュレーションの改定と細則の制定について/Amendments to regulations and enactment of bylaws

１，必要が無いため、旧レギュレーションから配信規約の件を削除しました。また、Chapter7の計測終了地点を正確な記述に変更しました。

２，RTA上で有意なバグがいくつかあり、各難易度によって使用状況が異なるため、それぞれでどれを使っていいかを画定するものです。また、MUSTDIEについてはLOADGAMEが許可されているため、そのあたりの線引きの目的もあります。
なお、バグやLOADGAMEの許可基準は、そのカテゴリで先駆者が使用しているかどうかです。

各カテゴリによって採用状況が異なる要素は以下の通りです。リンクは使用方法の動画です。

1, Removed the description of how the category was established, as there is no need for it. Also, changed the exact description of the measurement end point in Chapter 7.

2, The purpose is to draw a line between which bugs are allowed in each difficulty level. Also, since LOADGAME is allowed in MUSTDIE, the purpose is to draw a line between the two.
The criteria for allowing a glitch or LOADGAME is whether it is used by a pioneer in that category.

For the above elements, the following table shows the permitted status at each difficulty level.

計測区間：NewGame～chapter7「歪み」にて誰かに気持ちを伝え二回目のスキップするまで

(配信規約にてchapter8以降は映せないため) DLCの使用は禁止

Timing begins when selecting "New Game" from the main menu.

At the end of Chapter 7, complete the objective "Talk to someone about your feelings". Then skip two cutscenes. Timing ends after the fade out, on the first frame the current objective text reappears.

Use of DLC is not allowed.

This category exists because previously there were streaming guidelines that didn't allow going past chapter 7.
