Like, I understand that the rates were turned up since the thing was made, but the run itself is "default" rates so it should be just default rates, not everything 0.5. And this is especially clear when you consider that nobody has even posted a default run just yet. Not only would it encourage people to try default stats, but it wouldn't screw anyone over because nobody has yet completed a run like that. All I'm saying is that calling it a "default" run and then editing xp, tame, and harvest just doesn't feel like a default whether or not the stats themselves changed

yea I agree, I think for easy runs it was edited so it was fair for past runs and the rates are boosted enough anyway but for a catagory that hasn't been ran I think your right it should just be what default is now, but i think the justification for having it halved is that it represents the game from 2015. which doesn't make sense anyway cause the game is completely different now

I understand you. It is good that i did not force run default island and scorched and did not complete it. Yes. If i will put new version default settings, more people will enjoy to run it (0.5 is so painfull to start ... no to commute start run). I also hate current rates 0.5 because i did a lot of reloads.

I will change settings to real default. But we have one BIG problem. Problem is timer on boss arenas. In singleplayer you have not any timer. But in case of server it will appear. And in rules singleplayer and server are equal, but with gun strat some times you can not kill alll bosses in time.

With regard to single player vs severs I think for one man runs on both default and easy must be done on singleplayer to keep it consistent and there is no reason why it shouldn't be done on singleplayer. And then 2 man + runs must be done on a dedicated sever. I think that should solve the problem. Only issue is multi-player will have a disadvantage but they are very different runs so I dont think that is an issue
