Going forward, Timing begins once you take your first step off the checkpoint and paid body parts that provide and advantage over other players are banned.
UGC Packages
Going forward, if you use a UGC package you will have to name or link it in the description. If you get a package via a "Free for __ hours" promotion then it will have to be put in the Paid category whether its still free or not to ensure fairness.
