Also, there are multiple points during the video, when the buttons are being pressed, while the cursor isn't on them. Yet for whatever reason Bruce still point it at the buttons. Almost as if he tried to pass it of as if he actually was pressing them with the mouse. You might be onto something here.

What happens in the run is that it is started by already pressing the button, then after a half second the mouse comes aid to the fast clicking (since they're clickable buttons). It's not explicitly forbidden by the rules, but it might be subject to regulations in the future. For now, I'll keep the run here.
