What would be needed for the NG+ run? I know most 100% can take 90 or so hours, is a 100% necessary, or are there any suggested shortcuts?

http://pastebin.com/siQbSZPa This is probably a good place to start. I don't think I included a note to leave out Dunban's HP skills but make sure to do that as well. The new route makes some slight changes so I'd suggest watching Aeon's run for a more updated art palette.

Mostly what matters is stuff like gem setup. But that's not the only thing of course! :P
