What are the rules for speedruns involving levels?

• dxp?
• using horses/items from other characters?

In my opinion, both shouldn't be allowed (but dxp bombs can be used to sabotage a run, then...)

Allowing the usage of previously obtained items really ruins a level-based speedrun, in my opinion.

Some of the ruleboxes seem to have some textlines twice
