In order to achieve Gold for the Training disciplines in 100%, you will need to survive them for the following lengths of time:
Super Sheep Racing - 3:30 Rifle Range - 2:30 Crazy Crates - 4:30 Artillery Range - 3:30 Advanced Weapon Training (Euthanasia) - 2:30
