On the Full-game Leaderboard, how do you exactly start a run in Embersky Jungle, Glacier Valley, Pharaoh's Canyon, and Konoh Gardens with the "NG" option?

For now, those options include the worlds before it. Basically, if you do a late game world before the tower worlds, then you have to go through the entire game. So for Pharaoh's Canyon, you have to do the starting world, Embersky, Glacier, and Pharaoh's. (Only for NG, not NG+)
