2: i got a note in my verification telling me to convert centiseconds into miliseconds and im too stupid to know how to do that

I could be completely wrong here, but I think what that means is, you know the part past the seconds? Well in Vector it shows up as only 2 digits. So if you got a time of 45s 56ms that's what it'd show up as in Vector, but on Speedrun it'd have to be changed to 45s 560ms because Speedrun it is 3 digits.
