There is a major glitch on the Xbox 1 where if you leave the console off sometimes you get a speed glitch which plays the game at around 5-6x speed. Is this allowed in runs because it seems very cheaty

What are the requirements? Does a run have to be streamed? Do you have to have a timer up on screen? Looking to do a run on a DLC level but need some info before attempting.
