if theres a major change to the physics and how basically every useful item in a speedrun works ill make a legacy category. if there isnt, i probably wont do anything
this is allowed, yes. there arent any major physics changes plus i just time runs based off of the FPS of the video which i dont think can go past 60. i dont think a 0.008 second advantage will be big in speedrunning.
a recent thread has been made about spectator kills in the 10 kills and 100 kills category. this is not allowed. if this was allowed, you could farm kills on afk people in spectator mode and get a stupid low time. if you do a 10 kill/ 100 kill speedrun and the game finishes during your speedrun, please edit out the spectator segments (if you want you can make a kill counter). this was done in the 100 kill run.

The new world record for the Win category in a public server was inconsistent with the rules, however, the rules were not specific enough so I'm going to be making a small change to the rules. If no other movement has done before you start the run in a public server, you don't have to record from the start of the previous game, just record your first movement. If you are already moving before the video starts, your run will be invalid. The reason for doing this is because recording from the end of the previous game and starting on your first movement is practically the same. It is still recommended to start your recording before the start of the next game so that I can tell if your run was cheated or not, but I have verified runs that started on their first movement with no other movement done until then.

legacy category will be added since it's patched. runs using the glitch will be migrated to the legacy category. also, you don't need to make an auto-timer since my retiming tool is exact to the frame but its fine if you want. also sure theres only 1 run using it on the leaderboards anyway
