Splatoon - I haven't touched it in a while, but the best moments I've ever had speedrunning come from that game. It's what I first streamed, it's what I learned with my friends, and it's given me a lot of enjoyment. On top of that, several categories of the game are fun, and it's a very smooth game in general.
The mods of that game are kids who make disstracks on each other and jerk each other off to no end. I'm not surprised some shit like this has happened.
It's not good enough, the whole thing, and I'm sorry that you've had to go through this extra hassle.
When I was 4 I was diagnosed with a rare condition called paintophobia. It's a rare condition that affects every one in a million people. Paintophobia has ruined my life. Every time I look at a wall I feel sick and dizzy. Every time a 'wet paint' sign is visible, I want to vomit. My name is taken from my rare condition. God bless the souls who live with paintophobia.
In all seriousness, I wanted a new nickname (my old one was embarrassing, to say the least), went on a 'random thing generator' or something and 'pontophobia' came up, I thought it was pretty funny so I tweaked it a bit, to 'paintophobia' and then kept it. It was also kinda related to splatoon, which at the time was probably my favourite game.
There's like 3 autosplitters in the resources section, two of them are like the first things on there. You seem to have a lot of questions/things to say so perhaps consider joining the discord, then you can say all you like without clogging these forums.
Would be 10 minutes longer to verify. And besides, if video doesn't matter, why spend time looking at the video? At least with video there's actual proof that you acheived the time, so you can say to people "I got x.xx" and there's actually some basis behind it. By your own logic it would take the same amount of time.

Basically, no matter what happens, mario can only finish the level every 21 frames.
The thing the guy above me was talking about is that Darbian explains it as a 'bus stop', where at the end of every level mario has to wait for a bus to take him to the next level. However, the bus only comes every 21 frames. For example, if mario finishes 1 frame after a framerule, he then has to wait another 21 frames to catch the next bus.
Really? You can do fog with it? Is it easier? Please try and recreate that. That sounds cool.

Hi, I'm Paint O. Phobia, creator of 15%, and I'm running for mod of the Super Mario Odyssey.
Now, you may be wondering, "why should this man be my mod?". Well, to answer that question, we must look at the 'Basic Moderation Problem', or BMP, or the Super Mario Odyssey page.
You see, Odyssey is a game of mods. In fact, there are too many mods. Which is precisely the reason why I should be a mod.
Now, with the modonomics out of the way, it's time to talk about my manifesto. What will I do, if I am a leaderboard mod of SMO? To answer that question, I have typed out exactly what I will bring to the table in 3, easy to understand, bullet points:
1.) I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER, verify a fake run. Now you may be wondering, "Paint, how can you tell the real runs from the fake ones?". Well, good sir/madame, I just won't verify ANY runs at all. It's a policy adopted by many other SMO mods, and I intend to keep the tradition alive.
2.) I will stop at NOTHING, to add all of your categories to the memeboards. Coinless, damageless, coinlessdamageless, you name it, it's on there.
3.) I will abolish STDs. I'm that cool.
So, in conclusion, when I am mod, life will be better. I am eagerly anticipating the soon arrival of my moderator status so I can begin changing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with all of you.

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY would want to run this if you have to reset every time you get a coin. It's not skill at that point, it's complete luck.
Also, instead of spamming this thread with pointless messages like "mod come", maybe join the discord instead? Obviously don't spam that asking for mods, but the fact is that basically nobody important checks or cares about these forums, and most of the actual community lies on discord.
There's a remote control thing for livesplit on ur phone. U won't be able to see ur splits but u can still use them. Or, you could play with a minimised window. But it's probably gonna work out better with two monitors.
