ok so its been 4 days and the run video is still publishing and the fact that he has barely done any runs and the 2nd place run is around a minute while his is 28 seconds leads me to believe that maddox is faking this run
Your world record for Retro Speedrun is 3 seconds. I have reason to doubt this. The description says that the video was laggy. Do the mods care? No. I once had a very laggy run and they still accepted it. I also had slightly laggy runs but still, mods knew that it was real, and accepted it. So, I'd like for you to post the recording to youtube, and let us see the footage. Plus, the image you posted as a video could easily be photoshopped.
i dont think it should have been accepted because its literally a glitched time, so basically on speed run 4 i could have a glitched time and it being accepted, breaking everything? I don't think so. anyway, basically its a glitched time, glitched times shouldn't exist on the leaderboard.

my run was rejected because i didnt get illuminati, but the rules never asked for me to get illuminati -You must ignore the categories Find Carl, The Cake is a Lie, Plumber #1 and Plumber #2 and complete "1 lies, 1 talks" and "Sooper Mayro Bruhs". nowhere does it say i have to do illuminati i would like answers

i was wondering since the Feed Yourself - No Ingredients rules say that you must die. So couldn't you just fall off the edge and the run would be acceptable?

Maybe add an IL Level Leaderboard? For all the endings, except for Ending 25, because that is literally all endings.
