Kyuzo submitted a new run today ( http://www.speedrun.com/run/2ywr453m ) and his previous runs ( http://www.speedrun.com/run/1zq787rm which was verified and http://www.speedrun.com/run/8yvrp5ez which was rejected) seem to have somehow reverted to "awaiting verification".
I had 50 notifications for a post in a forum that I followed this morning.
edit: ok I see this has already been reported elsewhere
The purpose of the video field is to provide a video, not to provide proof. What's wrong with using the comments for other forms of proof?
The WR history seems to only be picking up runs with no RTA for zero mission - I'm guessing this is because it reads the RTA as zero.
I see this was fixed already. Thanks!
I guess this is just personal preference, but I'm not a fan of the way all categories are generated on the same WR history graph by default. I think it would make more sense to toggle on the categories you want rather than toggle off the ones you don't.

I'm grateful that zero mission wasn't cut, despite me being too busy to demonstrate any real progress over the past few weeks. I'm not going to promise to stream regularly between now and ESA, but I do promise I will be practicing and making sure the run is as consistent as possible. I think the current estimate should be left as-is.
Looks to me like it's just broken because twitch changed their player. All the old /c/ links no longer work.

(very) approximately 20s in any% and 30-40s in 100% depending on route.
That's a known strat for TAS zz9p, it is faster than power gripping if you can do it without pausing to set up the springball. It seems too hard to do both quickly and consistently, but feel free to prove me wrong!
If you have problems with grabbing the ledges, you are most likely pressing up too early. You can't unmorph until there is an entire block of space above samus. I don't know what the exact frame window is but once you figure out the timing it's very consistent.
Unfortunately AWS itself is a lot less consistent. The most popular method is the four-bomb one seen in some of the top any% videos. Really the best advice I can give is keep practicing!
Oh, really? I honestly thought it was a feature. Especially since we talked before about achieving something similar - http://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/g79jt/18#2cj0k
I too noticed the recent stealth update that broke ties (it used RTA on metroid fusion, and presumably it used date of submission for barney). It seems to now have been withdrawn.
I hope it returns though! It's something I requested for fusion ages ago and it looked great to me.
I think segmented runs can be considered on a case by case basis since there are so few of them. Personally I would only need proof if the time was super low.
1% is technically obsolete but it will still exist as a category. People can run whatever they want!
